Hi,
I have been using CloudWatcher for several months now, and I am still learn it. When I start CloudWatcher I get an icon which I have to close by pressing a cross in the upper righthand corner. After that, I get the main CloudWatcher icon available, and I can start it. Without closing this initial icon, it is not possible to start CloudWatcher. I have a remote setup, and I have to access my imaging computer through remote desktop, and this initial icon is not always seen on the desktop. Could you please help me to always see this initial icon so I can close it, or not start with it at all.
Thank you,
Grigory Vidishev

Hi Grigory,
Thanks for your message and I'm sorry you're having this issue. Could you please attach a screenshot of this initial icon? I'm not sure what you're referring to.
Thanks,
