Solo Firmware: version 4.3 (May 2026)

The Solo updates its own firmware directly from its web interface; no file download needed. From your browser, open the Solo configuration page at https://aagsolo/config (note the s in https) and click the Update button. For information about the Solo's configuration page, see the software help repository. For additional drivers and utilities, check the CloudWatcher downloads section.

What's new in 4.3:

Disable unsafe triggering individually for clouds, rain, wind, pressure, humidity, or light
Real-time weather data publishing via HTTP
Pushover notifications now require an application token
Shortcut to the configuration page from the main interface

Previous version 4.2 (07/2025): ASCOM driver support, Windows software HTTP connection, Alpaca driver (beta), improved light unsafe spurious rejection.

SD Card Images for Version 3.x recovery

If your Solo SD card has failed, download the image for your model and write it to a new micro-SD card (8 GB or larger) using Rufus or Win32DiskImager.
