After-sales support at Lunatico covers all aspects of getting your product working correctly in your setup:
- Installation and setup: Help connecting and configuring your product for the first time
- Software assistance: Help installing and configuring the associated software and ASCOM drivers
- Hardware questions: Guidance on mounting, wiring, and integration with other observatory equipment
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosis and resolution of issues with the product itself
How to reach us
Support is available by email. Please include your order reference or serial number, a description of your setup, and as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing.
We aim to respond within one business day. For complex technical issues, we may ask for screenshots or log files to speed up diagnosis.
Software updates
Software updates and driver improvements are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the product. Updates are published on the product's dedicated downloads page as they become available.
Community support: The Lunatico forum is an active community where many common setup questions are already answered. It is worth searching there before contacting support — and experienced users often reply faster than we can.
Hardware warranty
All Lunatico hardware products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product develops a fault under normal use within this period, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or exposure to conditions beyond the product's rated specifications.
