As Lunatico’s presence grows in the United States and Canada, we want to offer faster, closer, and more efficient customer support to our users there.
That’s why we’ve partnered with Edward Thomas of Deep Space Products, who has years of experience supporting advanced astronomical equipment and already collaborates with other top brands in the industry.

Whether you bought your Lunático device from us or from another authorized US or Canadian dealer:
Warranty and non-warranty repairs will now be handled locally
You’ll get faster response times and a direct contact person in your time zone
For out-of-warranty issues, Edward will provide you with quotes for service and parts
All support inquiries from North America should go through Deep Space Products first

We’ll make sure Deep Space Products has a stock of the most common replacement parts so he can handle repairs quickly and efficiently.
For non-warranty repairs, Lunatico will continue to supply the parts, and Deep Space Products will take care of the work and contact you directly.
