Unified ASCOM driver
A new ASCOM driver replaces the separate per-device drivers. It connects to CloudWatcher, SOLO, or PocketCW2 via HTTP or file, with internal improvements for handling intermittent network issues without triggering observatory closures.

The major addition in 1.1.0 is wind detection. Additional features:

CloudWatcher software (beta)
The updated CloudWatcher application connects to SOLO or PocketCW2 via HTTP, bringing these devices into the same monitoring interface. Features released in the legacy interface are pending migration to the new UI.
