Solo Firmware — Current version: 4.3 (May 2026)

The Solo updates its own firmware directly from its web interface — no file download needed. From your browser, open the Solo configuration page and click the Update button.

What's new in 4.3:

Disable unsafe triggering individually for clouds, rain, wind, pressure, humidity, or light
Real-time weather data publishing via HTTP
Pushover notifications now require an application token
Shortcut to the configuration page from the main interface

Previous version 4.2 (07/2025): ASCOM driver support, Windows software HTTP connection, Alpaca driver (beta), improved light unsafe spurious rejection.

SD Card Images — Version 3.x recovery

If your Solo SD card has failed, download the image for your model and write it to a new micro-SD card (8 GB or larger) using Rufus or Win32DiskImager.
