ASCOM driver

- The latest ASCOM driver (observing conditions and safety monitor) is an improved version of our previous one and can connect to a pocketCW2, Solo, or CloudWatcher, either via http or file.

- No need to install, just download the file (here), run it, configure, and if you wish, delete it when you're done.
- This configuration tool allows you to configure Wi-Fi, set the safety limits, K-factors, calibrate wind, and lots more to personalise your pocketCW2.
