We strongly suggest first making sure everything in the observatory works as intended and can be operated safely from remote, but with you supervising and actively switching things on, off, and looking at the sensors. Only once you are comfortable with this should automation be addressed.
Installing the software
Installing the software is as easy as it gets. The only prerequisite is to have the ASCOM platform installed. You can download it freely from www.ascom-standards.org.
Once ready, download the Dragonfly software from our webpage, run the installer and follow the simple instructions.
