I am a customer since years using a cloudwatcher & SOLO weather station at my 3m Toscana-Remote-Observatory. In the meanwhile also several colleagues in our area are connected too. The systems work very reliably and access automatic park & closes of my observatory when status "safe" turns to "unsafe". Furthermore I bought a individual script for access of the tube flaps on my telescope.
Service and technical help is excellent and can't be better.
